Odering Information
Please fill out the contact form to get in touch with us. You may also call or write. When ordering custom clothing you must first print then fill out a measurement chart and send it by snail-mail to us before we can start on your project.
Deadlines - We do our best to fill time sensitive requests, but please remember that fabric choice and button availability can affect delivery dates. Also, if you have a rush order there will be a rush order charge added to the total. We do our best to fulfill deadlines but please remember that custom clothing, done well, takes time.
Shipping - Shipping is done via Post Office or Fed-ex according to weight. Buyer pays shipping.
Satisfaction Guaranteed - We guarantee to make your clothing true to your measurements. If you feel that the clothing is not fitting properly, please re-check your measurements against the measurement chart you sent us. If it is our fault, we will take back the clothes and resize them properly at no charge. If you have measured improperly we will resize the clothes for you but there will be an additional charge. If you have any issue with your clothing, you have 30 days in which to contact us about it. After 30 days the sale is considered final.
Payment - We take checks or money orders. A 40% down payment is required at the time the order is placed and the balance is due before we can ship.
